This website collects only the information you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter, signing up for a session or membership, or completing a purchase on the Wix checkout page — such as your name, email, and (for orders) your shipping address. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your email is used solely to deliver the content you signed up for (newsletters, booking confirmations, membership access) and, occasionally, to tell you about new work, classes, or farm events. You may unsubscribe from any email at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link. Transaction data is processed securely by our payment provider (Wix Payments); we do not store card numbers.

When you create an account on the Clear Path app or submit a sign-up form, your name and email are stored so your participation can be tracked, confirmed, and followed up. This information is private, viewable only by authorized site administrators, and is kept exclusively for the purpose of running the Clear Path program — communicating with you about your enrollment, progress, and related resources. You may request that your sign-up record be deleted at any time by contacting us.

All canvas prints and shop items are made to order. When you place an order you are charged at checkout by Wix Payments, and production begins once payment is confirmed. Please review your size and wrap selection carefully before completing checkout. Because every print is custom-produced to your specifications, completed orders are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Each canvas print is marked with a 'BKS' watermark as a certificate of authenticity. Membership subscription fees recur monthly (or per selected plan) and can be canceled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the end of the paid period.
